DISPATCH TIMES
All orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours or next working day from date of purchase.
Orders placed in the morning are usually posted out that afternoon.
UK POSTAGE
UK fully tracked postage is included in the price.
We use Royal Mail Business Delivery for single and smaller orders and Royal Mail or various couriers for larger orders.
Your order will usually show up 2 to 4 working days after dispatch. During busy times (Christmas, extreme weather conditions, Covid etc.) your order can be delayed by several days. We'll do all we can to keep you informed. Unfortunatly it's not uncommon for Royal Mail to take a couple of weeks to deliver.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Your shipping charges will be calculated at checkout before you place your order.
We use Royal Mail International Tracked for smaller orders and various courier companies for larger orders.
UK RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We operate a no hassle exchange or return policy.
If you're not happy with your purchase or want to exchange it for a different size then please contact us for a returns label. You'll need to either print the label off and attach it to the package and take it into your nearest drop off point/shop or else take the QR code we'll send you to your nearest drop off point/shop and they will print the label for you.
In order for your exchange or return to be accepted, the garments will have to be in an unworn, unwashed and as new condition. Of course you can try them on before deciding you want to exchange or return them.
Once we've recieved your return we'll either post out your exchange or refund you within 24 hours.
