Returns & Exchanges

You may return new, unworn, unused and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or a full refund. Socks will need the header tag still attached and be unworn for hygiene reasons.

You'll need to pay the return post yourself and post your return to:

We'll let you know when we receive your return and usually post out replacements or refund you the same day.

Defects & Incorrect Order Items

Please contact us in the rare occasion that there's a problem with your order and we'll sort it out. If it's our mistake then we'll cover return postage.

Please note we always ask for items to be returned. We do not offer partial refunds or refund without first having the faulty or incorrect item returned.
